Taylor has worked in the IT field for about 10 years and comes from the MSP world, working mostly within the Microsoft Server environment. He puts his skills to the test leading the Innovia Support Team on a day-to-day basis.
Valerie combines her application and development skills to seek out the causes of any issue customers face in BC/NAV, as well as to make modifications that help them address their business challenges. She works on the Innovia support team, where she gets the chance to interact with a large number of customers and solve something new each day. She holds a degree in computer science and business administration from Lakeland University.
Marty has over eighteen years of experience developing in Dynamics NAV and Business Central with other Microsoft partners. He brings his talents to Innovia Consulting to help customers handle all their day-to-day development challenges.
Innovia welcomes Senior Application Consultant Mark Newman. Mark has over twelve years of experience in NAV/BC. Starting in the custom plastics compounding industry, he was able to leverage NAV and Jet Reports to support the strive for world-class service, operations, and quality. Since then, Mark has been working as a NAV/BC consultant with experience in all modules of the software and end-users needs. Mark enjoys the challenge of translating user and organizational requirements and processes into system inputs and outputs while working on adding meaningful value to clients.
Sami offers customers technical assistance with their BC/NAV systems and databases. He is skilled in BC/NAV development, C/AL programming applications, SQL Servers, and more. He is currently finishing his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Kansas – School of Engineering. He resides in Kansas City, MS.
Traci Bregitzer works with a wide variety of customers to help them solve anything that might come up. With her broad range of experience in many industries, she brings practical knowledge to her work and the classes she teaches that benefit Innovia's clients immensely.
Carolyn has been working with BC/NAV since the early years when it was called AVISTA. She has spent 24 of the last 30 years with Computer Counselors/Cost Control Software. While she has excelled at networking, design, documentation, implementation, and development, she wanted to get back to client-facing support, where she is best skilled.
Larry has over 20 years of experience in various industries and has held multiple roles in the ERP space, but has always migrated to customer-facing support and service roles. Larry received his Bachelor's degree from Wilfred Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario where he lives with his wife Bevlyn and their two children and two Chihuahuas pandemic puppies. In Larry's downtime, you can find him playing video games, building Lego sets, and reading.
Ramin is a designated accountant (CPA) and has been using Microsoft Dynamics products since 2010. He spent the first four of those years on the client side as a NAV and GP user and has been on the partner side in the Dynamics NAV / Business Central channel since. He has a broad spectrum of skills, coding in C/AL and AL, leading support, leading an implementation team, as well as designing Power BI and Jet Reports.
Having been on the client side of the table, Ramin brings a unique perspective and empathy to the struggles that clients face when encountering any issues in their system that prevent them from doing their jobs. He always leads with a “people first” perspective and approaches clients with humor, compassion, and a willingness to listen to customers.
Erik has extensive experience both in networking administration and software deployment, including Azure and Microsoft 365 environments. On the hardware side, he has experience working with a range of server/work station configuration. He also is skilled with the installation of all versions of Dynamics 365 Business Central and NAV.
Doug comes to Innovia with 18 years in software and IT support. Doug had a multifaceted role and has worked with everything from customer training to software implementation, but his main specialty is customer service and IT. Doug lives in La Crosse, WI with his wife, Diane, and their dog Rosie. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, traveling, and board games.
Aldeen is a strategic and experienced Certified Microsoft D365 Business Central (BC) Consultant with 15 years experience working with small-to-medium sized businesses with North American and Global operations.
Working in the NAV/BC product for just over 12 years predominantly in manufacturing and distribution, Aldeen has worked with several extension applications including Insight Works, Tasklet, Lanham, and Continia. She's also led and supported the functional and technical design and integration of Payroll applications (Ceridian and ADP), e-commerce apps (Shopify, LS Retail) , and bespoke EDI and API integrations between NAV/BC and 3rd party software.
