Now onto the excitement of a new year. As business continues to evolve, our industry follows that same evolution. We are excited that Microsoft continues leading with amazing innovations. As 2019 starts you will be hearing from our staff about the opportunities that Dynamics Business Central will provide. Through our blogs, from our account managers, at our customer conference and from our delivery staff, our goal is to make sure you are fully informed of the exciting changes that are here now. We are committed to helping you plan for 2019 and forward to be in the best position to take advantage of the changes.

Before the Supreme Court of the United States issued its ruling in South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc. (June 21. 2018), states could only tax sales by businesses with a physical presence in the state. Wayfair changed that long-standing rule. The court found the respondents’ “economic and virtual contacts” with South Dakota to be a sufficient basis for a tax collection obligation (nexus).
