His passion lies in harnessing technology to optimize business processes. Gino is particularly enthusiastic about the integration capabilities of modern ERP platforms with technologies like the Power Platform and Copilot.

He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science.

Jim focuses on West Coast clients. Before joining Innovia, Jim spent 10 years at Lanham Associates, where he served as the Chief Product Evangelist and Partner Channel Manager. Jim has been engaged in either selling or implementing business systems since 1995. After spending a few years in the U.S. Navy, he earned degrees in accounting and information systems. Starting first as an Operations Manager in consumer products companies, Jim joined a small technology firm delivering solutions based on what was then known as Solomon and Great Plains. Eventually, he learned and became a strong advocate for NAV and Business Central.
