Rebecca has over 20 years of experience in business, including over five years in the Mental Health industry. She has held management roles in Supply Chain, Materials, Customer Service, Manufacturing ERP Support, BOM Configuration, and Lean/5S+Safety/JIT.

She has previous experience with implementations from the customer side, working with consultants to develop and test software customizations to best meet her company’s goals. This gives her unique insight and understanding of a customer’s needs and expectations.

Jenny Hollingsworth - Solution Architect

Jenny has served as lead consultant for over 50 BC/NAV implementation and over 50 upgrades, where she has helped clients optimize their systems' finance, manufacturing, and other functions to meet their unique goals. She is a sought-after speaker in the BC/NAV community and has presented on manufacturing best practices at numerous conferences, including Community Summit. She is also an instructor for the Innovia Training Workshops.

Nathan Peters - Senior Development Consultant

Nathan has worked with NAV/Business Central for more than 12 years. He has specific expertise in SQL, databases, and integrations.

Rick Folkner - Development Consultant

Rick works on the Development Team at Innovia. He has been working with Dynamics NAV since 2007, starting with version 4.0. He has done development work in many areas of NAV, including Financials, Sales & Marketing, Purchasing, and Warehouse.

Innovia welcomes Matt Fackrell! Matt is an accomplished global supply chain and operations professional with a proven business leadership, communication, and team-building track record. An expert in demand planning, inventory management, logistics, and global sourcing. Skilled in vendor management, negotiation, and compliance. He is passionate about business intelligence, data analysis, and process improvement. Matt is certified in Lean/Six Sigma and experienced in system implementation and aligning business with systems.

Don Dyck - Application Consultant

Don Dyck holds an impressive record of over 20 years as an ERP consultant and project manager with a focus on implementing NAV and Business Central solutions. As a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Don's primary emphasis in Business Central falls within the Financial Management realm. However, his extensive knowledge and experience extend beyond finance, covering various aspects of the software.

Based in Alberta, Canada, Don received a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Alberta, before earning his Chartered Professional Accountant designation. Don worked in public practice for several years before getting involved in ERP software implementations and ultimately deciding to pursue this field full-time.

Galen Norman - Application Consultant

Galen comes to Innovia with a background in project management in warehouse racking and material handling installation.  As a project manager, he utilized Dynamics NAV for purchasing, revenue management, and trend recognition.  His experience using NAV—and later Business Central—and other accounting tools and reports as a project manager led him to pursue an accounting degree.  He looks forward to using his accounting education, project management experience, and positive attitude to achieve success as an application consultant. Prior to his experience in project management, Galen spent 8 years in corrections, probation, and parole, and that experience fostered an unstoppable work ethic and passion for helping others.

Nick Koudelka-Raap - Junior Application Consultant

Nick is a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, where he earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management. He has many years of experience, including time in the United States Air Force and experience with retail store management and project management.
