Kelly Norsten - Project Delivery Manager

As a Project Delivery Manager at Innovia, Kelly leads, organizes, and guides her team to ensure all projects are delivered on time and on budget. Kelly holds a degree in Psychology and has leveraged that to gain real-world experience in IT, HR, Fiscal, and marketing. Kelly loves seeing clients achieve their goals and their greatest visions come to life. In addition, she enjoys helping her team to grow in their skill sets and flourish, both in their careers and personal lives. 

Lisa Doran - Solution Architect

Lisa Doran is a Solution Architect at Innovia Consulting. Most recently she helped launch and train the first class of Innovia University. Lisa has also helped many clients get the most out of their NAV/Business Central ERP systems. She has specific expertise in core financials, manufacturing, warehouse management, Versapay ChargeLogic, Lanham E-ship, Jet Reports, and a host of other Third Party apps. Prior to working in the ERP space, Lisa worked on accounting teams at manufacturing, distribution, and service firms in the Midwest.

John Byrne - Senior Development Consultant

John has worked with Dynamics NAV and now Business Central for over 20 years with a focus on large distribution companies and custom modifications.

Andre Cavalcanti - Senior Development Consultant

Andre has worked with Dynamics NAV and Business Central for more than 14 years, specializing in industries such as retail, manufacturing, and warehousing. He worked with partners in Canada, the United States, and Brazil. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Communication and Networks from Westminster University, UK. Andre loves learning new languages and speaks English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Mitzi Ridley - Senior Application Consultant

Mitzi has worked with BC/NAV since her first implementation as Director of Operations at a food distributor. After getting hooked on the system, she transitioned into the partner world and has been helping customers deploy and learn to use their ERP systems ever since. While she enjoys working with clients in every industry, her background gives her unique expertise in the food and machine manufacturing industries. She also has expertise in helping customers in any sector that requires government or mandated inspections/protocols.

Natalie Potvin - Application Consultant

Natalie comes to Innovia with a bachelor's degree from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota. She started as an ERP consultant in 2017 and has experience with BC, NAV, and GP, with additional background in CRM and M365 products.

Isaiah Hagan - Junior Application Consultant

Isaiah has years of experience in retail store management and a couple of years in the insurance industry. He is currently working towards his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University.
