David Morales - Project Delivery Manager

David is our trilingual Microsoft BC/NAV Consultant. He has a BSc in Business Administration and specializes in Project Evaluation, Management, and Energy Resources. He is passionate and positive about serving and helping people, customers, and companies evolve their IT strategy and business processes and develop their users' skill sets.
Abilities and strengths: Proactive, innovative, good planner, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility, focused on the results and the plan, and empowering the client with the right tools and knowledge. David enjoys working with a team or individually and proposing new ways to obtain profitability and productivity for all he works with. 

Eduardo Diaz - Solution Architect

Eduardo has over 10 years of NAV experience and over 20 years leading IT departments. In his last position, he was the IT Director for a distributor of mining equipment. He specializes in strategic IT alignment, ERP, IT project management, needs analysis/discovery, policy and procedure design, reverse engineering, and more. Today he brings this experience forward to help Innovia clients build systems and processes that work.

Ross Bottorf - Senior Development Consultant

Ross has over 10 years of experience as a Dynamics BC/NAV Developer. He graduated from Arizona State University and now resides in Tucson, Arizona, with his wife and son. Ross enjoys playing the guitar and loves music and living in the Southwest.

Dhruv Patel - Development Consultant

Dhruv Patel is a Development Consultant with Innovia Consulting. He has a wealth of experience in Business Central/NAV, coding in a wide variety of languages, and more. He holds a degree in Chemistry and a Higher Diploma in Software Engineering (HDSE) from Gujarat University in India.

Muhammad is a seasoned Application Consultant at Innovia Consulting, holding a CPA and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification. With over seven years in accounting and tax consultancy, he excels in financial consolidation, year-end accounting, and power query.

Patrick graduated from Indiana University South Bend with a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems. He has a few years of retail food leadership experience and completed an exciting supply chain management internship at Cedar Point Amusement Park.
