Innovia Consulting is excited to announce our new Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Chad Williams, and Chief Operating Officer (COO), Gary Harpenau, effective April 25, 2022.
New CTO Chad Williams has been with Innovia since 2003, working on the delivery side, where he previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer.
Chad’s extensive knowledge of technology and dedication make him the ideal person for this new role. As CTO, Chad will lead Innovia’s efforts to find new technologies and trends that complement Innovia’s current offerings. Internally, Chad will also be working with operations to create and refine processes and procedures.

Replacing Chad as Innovia Consulting COO is Gary Harpenau. Gary has been with Innovia since 2019 and has made a significant impact on the company and our customers in his previous role as Customer Engagement Specialist. Many of our customers have benefitted from Gary’s Value Stream Mapping and improvements.
Gary’s experience leading projects and managing plants worldwide gives him the unique operational expertise to help him grow Innovia’s operations teams and continue to help us provide world-class service.
