Luckily, we have compiled a set of links that can help you find these go-to sources of Business Central/NAV expertise. Many of these resources are free and available to anyone, regardless of if they are a current customer or not.

Microsoft Documentation Site for Business Central/NAV
The Microsoft Docs portal contains straightforward descriptions of virtually all the BC/NAV functions, organized by business functions and departments. This site is well-worth bookmarking for any time you need information on a specific feature. The search bar is your friend if you can’t find the topic you need in the outline on the left-hand side.
Microsoft Business Central Learning Catalog
This page on the BC documentation site guides you to many other learning resources. It is a useful page to visit when you are interested in learning something new.
Microsoft Learn
If you want guided training with a mix of text, video, quizzes, and examples, this is the site you are looking for! Microsoft Learn is a comprehensive video collection organized into 1,889 (at current count) modules, which cover virtually all Microsoft Products. They are designed for roles ranging from App Engineers to Business Owners, and everything in-between. For BC/NAV users, start by selecting your product (first Dynamics 365, then Business Central). For most users, we recommend selecting Business User as your role.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 YouTube Channel
We recommend subscribing (or at least bookmarking) this YouTube channel. It not only includes all the latest updates but also includes a searchable list of “How-To” Videos for Business Central.
